Lexia Initial Implementation Training: Linking Lexia with Essential Reading Instruction
These group sessions are designed to prepare teachers to implement the Lexia Reading programs with confidence and ease and can take place on-site or on-line. The training day includes discussion of literacy strategies and best practices, hands-on interaction with the Lexia Reading software, program customization to meet individual student needs and discussion of scheduling and implementation goal setting.

During In-Class Coaching sessions, Lexia’s Professional Development Specialists consult with teachers one-on-one, working with them directly as they use Lexia in their classrooms. Lexia professionals model Lexia Lessons and Skill Builders, provide feedback and support to teachers and meet with administrators to share information. Customized, individualized attention for each teacher in the context of the classroom ensures the effectiveness of each implementation of Lexia.

Additionally teachers will learn how to access and utilize Lexia Lessons and Skill Builders to further enhance and individualize instruction.

My Reading Coach Initial Implementation Training: Exploring the Benefits of a Reading Specialist for Every Student
These group sessions are designed to prepare teachers to implement the My Reading Coach program with confidence and ease. The training day includes discussion of reading Memory Aids/Rules, hands-on interaction with the My Reading Coach software, program customization to meet individual student needs and discussion of scheduling and implementation goal setting.
